Thank you for your interest in BHA-Houston! We are delighted that you are considering our school for your child’s education and the Office of Admission is here to assist you in your application process.
BHA-Houston follows a standards-based US curricular program designed to prepare students for post-secondary education as well as Islamic Education. BHA-Houston’s admission process and criteria aim at considering each applicant holistically.
Our decisions are based on the evaluation of the applicant’s values, character, academics, behavior, self-motivation, and citizenship. Before filling out our online application, please make sure to read through all of the instructions.
During enrollment season, we host many open house events which allow families to tour our beautiful campus and learn more about our amazing staff. If you are interested, in a private tour, feel free to email us at admission@bhahouston.org.

Steps for Admission
STEP ONE: COLLECT all required documents.
The following documents will need to be uploaded to the application. Please have all documents ready on your computer in pdf format or similar before you start the application.

STEP TWO: Apply for Admission

This user guide will help parents through the steps to create and submit the initial application.
Sycamore School Code: 3884
Submit your online application and pay the enrollment fees. The family fee is refundable only if certain conditions are met.
Note:
- Toddler: must be 15 months old by Oct 1st, 2023
- Pre-school: must be 3 years old by Oct 1st, 2023 (Students must be fully potty-trained)
- Pre-kindergarten: must be 4 years old by Oct 1st, 2023.
- Kindergarten: must be 5 years old by Oct 1st, 2023
STEP THREE: Admission Testing and Interview
Upon receiving and reviewing application with all documents, the Office of Admission will contact you to schedule your child’s admission test.
STEP FOUR: Review and Decision for Admission
Admission decisions will be communicated to the parents/guardians by email. For applicants who did not meet the priority deadlines, admission decisions will be given on a rolling basis.
STEP FIVE: Receiving an Acceptance Letter & Enrollment Packet
Upon Admission, parents must complete the Enrollment Process to secure your child’s seat. The Office of Admission will include instructions on securing your seat in the Acceptance Letter.

We are pleased to introduce a more streamlined and effective method of enrollment at BHA Houston. As a current BHA family member, this process will provide an exceptionally simple way to stay enrolled at BHA; your students will seamlessly progress through grade levels without any annual speed bump of
enrollment.
Due to a high volume of applications, calls, and emails, we will respond to emails within 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to communicating with you very soon inshaAllah.
Priority Deadlines:
**The deadline for priority applications has passed. **
For the 2023-2024 academic year admission applications, we highly encourage families to meet our priority deadlines.
What are priority deadlines? As our student body grows, we receive many more applications than we have open seats available. We therefore encourage families to apply and complete their admission process as early as possible before our sections fill up. Applicants who will meet our priority deadlines will be receiving an admission decision earlier. We will continue to accept applications after these deadlines and accept successful applicants on a rolling basis, with longer delays.
In order to beat our high peak season enrollment, please complete your application as early as possible. Applications for the 2023-2024 Academic School year is now open.
